Online Ordering
1. If the ordering process is interrupted or cannot be completed due to delays or errors, please log in again.2. Our website accepts the following payment methods:
- Online payments including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, American Express, and Alipay. For credit card payments, the purchaser must be the cardholder.
3. If a payment fails, it may be due to the issuing bank's system being busy, incorrect credit card information, or exceeding credit limits. Please contact your issuing bank.
4. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or changed.
5. Any transactions that fail to post or are unsuccessful will be considered canceled.
6. After successfully completing a transaction, a "Order Confirmation" email will be sent containing the confirmed order details.
7. If the total order amount is HK$1000 or more, the shipping fee is waived; if the total is less than HK$1000, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.
8. Our products are photographed in real life. Due to environmental factors, lighting, printing, and image composition, the actual product may differ slightly from the images. We appreciate your understanding.
9. Once the transaction for purchasing products is completed, our company assumes no legal liability. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the goods are dispatched.
10. If any issues with the product are found, please contact our company within 3 working days of receipt. Late inquiries will not be processed.

11. The total amount spent on online orders is applicable to Image Skincare's member program benefits, including the member points reward program and the amount required for membership upgrades.
12. To protect member rights, Image Skincare membership and online ordering accounts are for the registered individual's use only, and each member may only have one Image Skincare membership and one online ordering account.
14. Online ordering is intended for non-commercial personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes. In case of any disputes, Bionature Company Ltd reserves the final decision.
15. If any suspicious ordering behavior is detected, Bionature Company Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delivery Arrangements
1. We currently only accept orders for delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands) and the Macao Special Administrative Region. Overseas orders are not supported at this time.
2. Products will be delivered to the specified address within approximately 3-7 working days. However, delivery times may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter). Delivery services will be delayed when the No. 8 typhoon signal is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. All goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability, based on the delivery notification SMS issued by "SF Express."
3. If the customer fails to receive the goods on time for personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make further arrangements. SF Express will charge an additional administrative fee. If you fail to arrange for delivery again within 2 weeks from the date of receipt, our company reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund due to the inability to make delivery arrangements.
4. You can choose "Self-Collection Service," "Delivery to Home Service."
5. If you choose "Self-Collection Service":
SF Express offers up to 90 self-collection locations to choose from. Business hours can be found on the SF Station website:

SF Express will send a "Pick-Up Notification" SMS to your mobile phone number before the items are available for collection. Please collect within the specified time frame; if you exceed the collection period, SF Express will charge the customer a storage fee. For all delivery-related inquiries, please contact SF Express directly; our company will not inquire on behalf of customers or make any changes to delivery arrangements.
6. If you choose "Delivery to Home Service":
6.1 Please ensure that the recipient’s phone number and delivery address provided during ordering are correct for delivery contact.
6.2 Please do not use a P.O. Box as the delivery address.
6.3 The delivery to home service is not applicable to the following areas: warehouses, logistics centers, airports, container terminals, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, and AsiaWorld-Expo.
6.4 If the delivery address is a residential area, SF Express will call to arrange the delivery before shipment. For any inquiries, you may contact SF Express directly; our company will not make additional arrangements.
